Survivor Benefits

Other Survivor Benefits
Additional groups may be eligible for survivor benefits, including:
- Minor and Disabled Children: Unmarried children under 18 (or up to 19 and 2 months if still in high school full-time) and children with a disability onset before age 22 may qualify. Grandchildren and stepchildren may also be eligible, receiving 75% of the deceased's benefit amount.
